Erected in 2010 as a tribute to the neon signs of yore. The southbound side reads “Tucson,” the northbound “Miracle Mile.” The road on which it stands was the first divided highway in Arizona, and was called “The Miracle Mile of Safety” when it opened in 1937.

In the median of N. Oracle Rd at its intersection with W. Adams St. I-10 exits 256 or 257 onto Speedway Blvd. Turn east and drive a quarter-mile. Turn left (north) onto N. Main Ave. Drive four blocks. The cactus will be on the left, in the median.
